CEO 360 Evaluation
The CEO Evaluation is an organizational tool designed to help CEOs become even more effective leaders by increasing their self-awareness and self-understanding. The CEO Evaluation works on the principle of multi-level feedback. It gives CEOs useful information about the way they lead, how they see themselves, and how others see their leadership.
Multi-Level Feedback
The CEO Evaluation is intended primarily to be used as a multi-level evaluation tool. This process is often referred to as a “360” because the CEO receives feedback from those who have all levels of contact with the CEO. The results from the evaluation typically include the Board, direct reports, and other second-level down reports, if applicable, which give the CEO a portrait of themselves as a leader. By using the surveys effectively and by soliciting feedback from others who have observed you as a leader, you can identify your special leadership strengths as well as your developmental needs.
